| Replaces the 1998
Int'l Family Dwelling Code!
Replacing the 1998 International One and Two Family Dwelling
Code, this code has been updated to reflect the latest technological
advances in building design and construction, serving as a companion
to the International Building Code.
Among the technical changes are new provisions for precriptive
steel framing and energy criteria. This code also contains energy,
mechanical, fuel gas and plumbing provisions that coordinate with
the International Energy Conservation Code, International Mechanical
