Replacing the 1998
International One and Two Family Dwelling Code, this code has been
updated to reflect the latest technological advances in building
design and construction, serving as a companion to the International
Building Code.
Among the technical changes are new provisions for precriptive
steel framing and energy criteria. This code also contains energy,
mechanical, fuel gas and plumbing provisions that coordinate
with the International Energy Conservation Code, International
Mechanical Code, International Fuel Gas Code and International
Plumbing Code.
