1999 Chicago Fire Prevention Code

2005 Chicago Energy Conservation Code
The Chicago Energy Conservation Code contains residential and commercial building information that is intended to regulate the design of buildings and structures, in order to enable the effective use of energy. All plans submitted to the City of Chicago Building Department for permit on and after June 3, 2002, will require certification by a Chicago Registered Energy Professional, stating that the plans comply with the Chicago Energy Conservation Code.
