The Alabama State Mechanical Codes follows the 2003 IMC, and provides comprehensive regulations for the safe installation and maintenance of mechanical facilities. Part of the new International Code Council, this code has been written for international application.
Covers the design, installation, maintenance, alteration and inspection of mechanical systems that are permanently installed and utilized to provide control of environmental conditions and related precesses within buildings.
