The 2002 North Carolina
Fuel Gas Code went into effect as of December 31, 2002

the need for a modern, up-to-date international fuel gas code that
addresses the design and installation of fuel gas systems and
gas-fired appliances through requirements that emphasize performance.
Contains complete requirements for fuel-gas piping systems, equipment
and accessories. It includes combustion air requirements, sizing
tables for venting Category 1 appliances, and provisions that
are coordinated with the National Fuel Gas Code.
Includes the 2000 International Fuel Gas Code and 2002 North
