The 2002 North Carolina
Plumbing Code went into effect as of December 31, 2002
Addresses minimum provisions for fixtures,
piping, fittings and devices: design and installation methods for
sanitary and storm drainage systems, and detailed procedures for
sizing a water supply piping system.
Setting minimum regulations for plumbing facilities in terms
of both performance and prescriptive objectives, the 2002 North
Carolina Plumbing Code provides for the acceptance of new and innovative
products, materials and systems.
